Shipping & Processing Times
We offer a variety of shipping options. Orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed and be ready for delivery (most of them will be processed the same day if they were made before 11:00am). The orders will be delivered using the shipping method that the customer choose in the checkout process. Orders received after 11:00am will be processed and shipped next business day.
Charges are based on the total weight or dimensions of packaged merchandise shipped to each address. All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to large size or location. Price estimates are shown in the cart and final cost per weight range is determined based on shipping address during checkout.
Regretfully, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Shipments can only be delivered to a street or physical address. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered.
Please note that delays may occur during transit. GBS Group Inc. is not responsible for late shipments due to such factors as weather conditions, product availability, national holidays and other factors.
Our products are subject to availability due to seasonal variations. GBS Group Inc. reserves the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect changes in market supply. Our website shows the most current and up-to-date pricing on all products.
At GBS Group Inc., your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt for prompt replacement, refund, or exchange.
Listed below are the terms and conditions set by GBS Group Inc. regarding the return of product purchased on the internet at www.gbsonlinestore.com.
GBS Group Inc. will accept the return under the following conditions:
- The product is not open (bottles, bags), broken, damaged or expired. Any product arriving as such will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. It is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product to ensure product arrives intact.
- Product reimbursement is subject to condition of return. All products being returned must be in Full-Unopened condition.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. The customer may select his or her own shipping carrier, as shipping charges will be their responsibility. The returns should be sent to our facility in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

If your return meets the above requirements, please follow the process below:
- Prior to shipment, customer service must be notified of pending return and request must be made for a Return Authorization number. Any returns unaccompanied by an RA number will be refused. Return Authorization number will be valid for 30 days. If the return is not received in 30 days the RA # is cancelled.
- To obtain an R.A., please send request to email@example.com. The following information must be provided:
- Name, Order Number, Ship-To-Address, and Order Date
- List of Product(s) being returned, including expiration dates and lot numbers
- Amount of product being returned
- Carrier’s Name
- Approximate date of return
- Full description of why the product is being returned
- Use original carton and packaging materials if possible. Please pack carefully so that products are protected.
- A credit will only be issued after the returned product has been inventoried and inspected by our warehouse manager, and is in good resalable condition. We cannot issue credit for broken, damaged or expired product.
- Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used and can take up to 10 business days to process depending on financial institution.
The Customer can cancel an order contacting Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible to notify us that you would like to cancel your order. In most cases, we can cancel your order as long as it has not already been processed. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday between 8:00am – 4:00pm EST.
If you provided an email address when you placed your order, your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. In some instances it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be available in your account after your order ships.
